  • Cancer System Biology and Statistical Modelling of Cancer Data
  • Mathematical and computational modelling of cancer initiation and progression, including energy metabolism reprogramming, interactions between cancer cells and microenvironment
  • Developing novel computation methods to integrate multiple omic data types to capture the progression process of inflammatory diseases and cancer
  • Intra-tumor heterogeneity and its relationship with cancer associated micro-environmental stress
  • Identification of micro-environmental stresses in the progression stages of inflammatory diseases and cancer
  • Computational prediction of gain or loss of function of certain mutation or interactive effect of multiple mutations in certain cancer types
  • Statistical modelling of gene regulation, gene co-expression and metabolic network
  • Statistical modelling of metabolomics data and integrative analysis with transcriptomics data
  • Statistical modelling of single cell and spatial transcriptomics data
