POSITION
RESEARCH INTERESTS
My today research interests cover basically three areas:
- Cluster analysis:
Graph Theory approach with suprisingly interesting results in theory
and applications.
- Gene Expression Data Analysis and Biological Pathway Construction:
Developing novel computational techniques for
information extraction from large-scale gene expression data and applying
them to biological pathway studies.
- Computational Methods for Mass Spectrometry Data Analysis:
Trying to develop highly effective computational methods for
identification of proteins and protein-protein interactions through
analysis of mass spectrometry data and chemical cross-linking data.
- And I still love Mathematical Statistics :
my first long term engagement and a basis
for solutions in many application areas.
