Research Interest

My prior research involved designing and implementing secure, effective, suitable, and sustainable community wide intervention strategies for the prevention of aflatoxin and its associated health problems in humans.

Over the years, I have also work on cancer educational intervention, as well as on the EatRight obesity study for persons with spinal cord injury.

Current Research

  1. Structural bioinformatics
    • G Protein-Coupled receptor studies (Predicting transmembrane protein structures and Alternative splicing)
    • Developing practical computational methods for predicting transmembrane proteins and applying it to solve pertinent structural biology questions
    • 3D packing of proteins in membrane
    • Structural prediction for the purpose of drug development
  2. Syncronizing biological data
Providing a single platform for the interaction between biological sciences, pharmaceutical, morbidity, mortality, and computational biology
  3. Data Mining
This afford the discovery of important biological information that would otherwise not be disvovered with a narrow focused researching.
  4. All structural computational biology research that seeks to reduce morbidity and mortality.
