1. WebLogo: an excellent web based application designed to make the generation of sequence logos.

2. SSP (Mirror 1; Mirror 2): A genome-wide analysis of sumoylation-related biological processes and functions in human nucleus. Totally 2,683 potential SUMO substrates conserved in both human and mouse were identified. And we design a simple query software to search the results.

3. SUMOplot: Pattern recognition only approach to predict potential SUMOylation sites.

4. ELM: functional sites in eukaryotic proteins.

5. PROSITE: a database of protein families and domains.

6. GPS: one of our recent projects. We designed a novel algorithm GPS (Group-based Phosphorylation sites Prediction) and construct an easy-to-use web server for the experimentalists.
