This Pipeline is a set of tools that have been brought togeather to make routine protein structure prediction easy for the average biologist. We hope that you are able to get good use out of these systems.

News History

March 15th, 2006

Started an overhaul of the interface and some of the components that run the systems. Changes will continue, but the pipeline should remain functional during that time.

November 17th, 2004

After a number of bugs popped after after some system changes, we believe that we've gotten most of the problems fixed. We'll try to notify all of the people we beleve have been affected by these bugs.

There are a few changes that we've been working on as of late:

• We've managed to move over to a new database server, so hopefully, there will be more space for people's results.
• We've tighted up some of the user security, so you're passwords will be a bit safer
• We Killed a few bugs in the User Edit Profile Page
