PMAP II

Resolve pathway mapping problem with Operon and
Regulon information by Integer Programming

  3. Download - Binary for Linux i386 and sample files.
  4. Installation
    COIN library should be put in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in order to run pmap_reg.
    Download COIN here or the package I used.
  5. Usage
    pmap_reg <config_file>
  6. Config file description
    There is a sample config file in the package, be careful to use full path to make sure pmap_reg can find those files. Please ignore those comment lines because PMAP II is in active development.
